Excellent customer service! The new manager, Mike, stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, went above and beyond to get me a tire, and made sure I was back on the road the very same day! He even went out of his way to pick me up at the last minute when my car was ready. Thank you, Mike, for bringing that small-town service to a growing city! 👏 It's truly appreciated!

Always pleasant, and extremely helpful. I rely on their counsel and guidance regarding what service my car needs. I bring cookies to show my appreciation. They check my tires whenever I ask.

Been going here for 20+ years. This time , just needed an oil change but always quality, super friendly service. Thanks Youngsteds!

I always like going to Youngstedts to get my cars serviced. They're honest and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. The cost was comparable to others in town.

I called the shop to see if they had time to change my windshield wiper blades, pulled into their store and 12 minutes later left with my new blades. Amazing service!

Service was good, wait time was excellent.

Great service and completed quickly!!

Mike and the team at the Waconia location are always pleasant and helpful whenever I come in. They are always willing to listen to my needs, especially when I come in multiple times a year for my track alignments.

Fast and friendly. Got new tires before our road trip.

Always GREAT service and excellent advice

Fantastic people, honest and upfront about costs, and they do not make me feel like an idiot when I describe what is wrong with my vehicle.

I’ve been taking all of my cars here for years. We had an emergency pop up with one of our cars and they were able to get it in to diagnose it and they fixed it quickly. Last week, another one of our cars was in for an oil change and they noticed there was an issue with the drive shaft. They worked with our warranty company and were able to make the repair quickly. They do a great job there! No complaints in 17 years.

Great communication, excellent service! Thank you!

Superb service. They really take care of my 4 vehicles. Thorough and yet not over priced for any services that I have needed.

Great job and extremely friendly!

Very professional and friendly staff. Web site appointment scheduler could be improved

Excellent service. Price was a little high.

Something punctured my tire while driving. I didn't realize it until I was almost to Waconia and my low tire pressure gage went on. I immediately stopped in to see if they could take a look. Thankfully, I had the time and was able to drop off my car. I was meeting a friend for coffee next door and by the time we were done with coffee, my car was ready. They found the hole, patched it and I was on my way. Thank you Chris and team for providing prompt and friendly service!

I am greatful for your staff. I know how hard service business is. Your team takes is with great passion. thank you.
