These people really do care about their jobs, I brought in My BMW after I got it unfortunate what I thought was a flat, turns out my rim was bent and needed further assistance. They research themselves how to help me in numerous ways and gave me options. They also allowed me to keep my car there overnight while I got my rim repaired elsewhere. If you’re looking for quality care and people who truly have a passion for what they do and want the best outcome for your vehicle I highly recommend this place.

Everyone I interacted with here was friendly and straightforward. Easy to schedule an appointment both online and via phone. Service is done efficiently and thoroughly including post-service notes, pictures, and suggested maintenance next steps directly from your mechanic. Upfront about cost and not too expensive/no surprise charges. Will definitely return for any future service needed.

Arrived at work, a colleague told me later my tire was flat-wasn't when I pulled in or sensors would have alerted me, so I hit something near the parking garage. Was able to hold air well enough to get to Youngstedts after giving them a call. They saw me with no appointment and worked me in only asking "hey when are you off of work?" I told them 5 pm and they assured me they would have it done by then--and they did. Great service.

A week ago, the low tire light came on on my SUV. I stopped at Youngstedts to have the air checked. The tech (a woman, yay!) added air and said it looked like I had a nail in my tire. I drove off, thinking I'd get it checked the next week. But, I thought the tire would be flat by then. I drove back and was able to get it repaired before the end of the day. It's a good thing, because the "nail" was actually an Allen wrench buried in my tire! Holy moly! I really appreciate their customer service!

They just fixed my accord for very reasonable price. Very honest and professional. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back.
