My job was small, but they executed it without any hesitation. Would recommend Youngstedts without hesitation because they are the most favorable, financially, compared to their other competition.

Youngsteads Rocks!! it was important for Brian to read my issue, the right people just had to know the problem! Thanks so much for your quick & polite attention!!!!!!! Back to #1 in my book! ***** Been a customer for many years. No problems! I bought a Battery , it had a 5yr. garuntee & returned it with paperwork.I was told I would be deposited a refund to my account. That was over a 2 month wait & still no return of funds to my checking acct. After my numerous calls still No refund! The manager said the bank Rejected the deposit! The bank has No record of any deposit attempts to my account. After investigating I found that an incomplete card # was More than 2+ plus months. So disappointed in your response & lack of ability to simply write a check for me to deposit. I paid for service @ the Time the manager knows is a valid request. As a senior (80) on fixed income I am desperate to have this resolved. today 7/23/26! Disappointed, Frustrated !!!!!!! You sort it out with YOUR Vendor, But YOU refund please.Just clean up this financial mess you have created! Pay me now & settle this. You can deal with anything the vendor needs to make you whole. This is YOUR problem. I was a "good faith" customer.

Staff was awesome! I stopped by to see if they could plug/patch my tire as I had a srew in it and was getting ready to hitch up my pop-up to go camping for the weekend. Obviously, they had a schedule they needed to follow, but were able to squeeze me in between jobs. It wasn't long before I was on my way! Thanks, guys!

Great service provided once again by Virak Tuon and his team. This time in we had some issues that surfaced when I picked up the car. I called Virak, he said bring it back in, and they quickly fixed the issue and got me back on the road. Gave me a free car wash too! I highly recommend the SLP Youngstedts location. They did great and quick work, price was in my budget (no upsells), and staff member Ken was super nice and helpful. He took the time to find tires that I could afford which I really appreciated. Felt like they cared. Will definitely go back for other services and highly recommend to others, especially if you don’t know much about tires, I felt I could trust them.

Edited review-Not only was the cashier so super sweet. The maintenance workers are amazing! I am disabled I haven't been able to put my car tags on. I needed new screws for the back. Not only did they give me new screws and put the tags on front and back. They did it so quickly they choose not to charge me. Being this is something most people can just do on their own. I was planning on having to pay $50+ for something most can just do. I will be back! Not only all this but their oil changes are cheeper then where I had been going. I will also be back for my tire rotations! Go there for everything you need! Edit- I came back a few months later when my car had rear caliper failures. Flat tires. They replaced everything quickly and made sure they could get me the best deal possible. I was able to pay for my car over the phone and pick up me keys from the cashier later that day. They currently have my new car after someone decided to slash my tires. They got everything all documented over the phone and had my tow truck driver drop it off to them.

Was visiting from out of town. Found that I had a flat tire in the morning and needed an evaluation and fix. Called tire specialists around the St. Louis Park area, but they couldn’t get me in. Fortunately the Good Folks at Youngstedts were able to get me right in. After reinflating my tire with the electric pump that I keep in my car, I made my way over to the shop. They evaluated the tire and plugged it all in less than hour and at less than $40. Maybe they should change their name to “Jiffy Tire”!

Came in for an emergency tire repair. Got me in immediately and back on the road in 30 minutes.

I drove in without notice with an immediate problem with my car, and Virak and his team got my car into the bay within 5 minutes, had it diagnosed and showed me the issue within 10 minutes, and a few minutes after that had my issue in process of being fixed. Virak is very professional, knowledgeable, and is great with people. The techs clearly have many years of experience between them. I have been using different Youngstedts locations for years, and this recent experience is exactly why I will continue to work with them.

Youngstedts on Excelsior diagnosed an engine leak in my 2014 Jeep and made the repair in a timely manner. I trust the mechanics at Youngstedts and appreciate the work they do to keep me rolling.

Love Youngstedts on Excelsior Boulevard - this week they diagnosed and fixed my Subaru in record time. Virak's customer service and Mike's mechanical skills are the best. And the cashiers are always so friendly!
