I had some lights on my dash that I was unsure about on my 2012 Honda Pilot. Mariah got me right in and they diagnosed the issue in no time and looked everything else over while they had it in. Fantastic service all around and I feel secure for my upcoming 600 mile drive! I have used Youngstedts in the past and will continue to use them.

Brought my daughter's car in for a routine oil and filter change before her return trip to Colorado. Besides the oil/filter change, they looked at the mechanics of the car, and the only thing they recommended was new rear tires before winter. My daughter said she would take care of that before she hits the slopes! The service was great, as usual, at Youngstedt's. I've been going to them for years and will continue to.

I went to Youngsteds Minnetonka and was pleasantly surprised how I treated. They were honest & gave me options—I chose 1 option and was changed appropriately. I’m happy to say they are my only to go shop now!

I have very much enjoyed coming to this Minnetonka location versus the last location, (Wayzata). The service at the desk was friendly efficient and they got my van in very quickly and then they made sure to update me on anything that was going on with the van that needed to be dealt with maybe in the future which there was and then they gave me a proper invoice of everything that was done with the van is showing the oil used and how much. The last location barely gave me anything they gave me a digital receipt and sent me on my way this is a much better upgrade.

I am so grateful for the hard work, dedication, and honesty of the fantastic team at Youngstedts Minnetonka Tire & Auto Service! I originally brought in my car for a tire rotation, but also opted for an oil change, as my vehicle was experiencing some issues, which I hoped the oil change would help clear up. The technicians found that the oil filler cap was missing, an error made by a rapid oil change establishment that I had taken my car to months before. Youngstedts documented the damage done to my vehicle due to the missing oil filler cap, did a full degrease, and new oil change. My car has since been working great! Service advisor Matt was so patient, positive, and professional with all my questions concerning this process and its cost, and encouraged me to seek reimbursement from the aforementioned rapid oil change establishment for their errors. The rapid oil change establishment did finally send me full reimbursement after seeing that the Youngstedts technicians provided detailed documentation of the condition of my vehicle. Thank you, Youngstedts Minnetonka, for your amazing service! I will not compromise on quality again and will certainly be back for your trusted professional services!

Mariah and Jared are picture perfect when it comes to customer service. I’ve had major repairs done at Youngstedts and have never had a problem. I would recommend them for their reasonable prices, superior service and amazing results.

Fabulous experience as always!!! Mariah, the store manager always provides top notch customer service. I had a battery that needed to be replaced that evidently had a bad cell and they got me in right away and took care of me so I would not have to be worried about be stranded anywhere. I drive an Escalade and my my wife drives a Lexus and we being all our business here as needed due to years of great experiences.
