Nothing but good things to say about Youngstedts EP! I had an emergency flat tire and was able to get in, get it patched, and out the door in 40 minutes!! What was (almost) a stressful situation turned into a wonderful outcome! Thank you!!

While they did the work I asked there was oil marks from dirty hands all over my door, sun visor, a-pillar, headliner, etc. Edit: Joe and his team was very accommodating and professional in getting this matter rectified.

Youngstedts Eden Prairie is phenomenal. They're by far the most reliable spot in Eden Prairie. In the last week, Jiffy Lube turned me away during business hours for an oil change because they didn't have enough staff, and Valvoline caused me $1,100 in damages when they messed up my oil change. I've used Youngstedts countless times and never had a bad experience, one time, my wife and I had enough Minnesota-related car troubles in a month that they gave us $150 off as a gesture of good faith. If you want things done properly use Youngstedts.

I had to get my breaks completely fixed and I had a great experience. The person who helped me was Jeremy, he went above and beyond with my experience.

My 22yo daughter has brought her vehicles here a few times now and the employees are all amazing to deal with. They put up with her mom calling to help her out from 5 hours away to gather information, help make decisions, etc. As a woman (and my daughter being a very young woman just learning all the fun cars can be) we are often talked over or taken advantage of by repair places. The gentleman here have always (and I seriously mean EVERY single encounter and phone call) been thorough, respectful, polite, and taken the time to explain everything for us to make informed decisions on her vehicle repairs. They literally saved my daughter thousands on a wiring repair on her leased vehicle that Honda insisted we could only do a full replacement on. They helped us get it towed to them as well to see if they could even help her out. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

This is my new “go-to” shop for everything car maintenance and repair. Have had my car in for various things on several occasions and they are always friendly and helpful. Not over-priced in cost and they often have various sales. This last visit (for a water pump replacement), I had a nice chat with one of their staff about my Toyota (he was a former Toyota technician) and it was clear he had extensive knowedge about my particular mode and engine. They are way more personable and caring than the assembly line approach I’ve gotten from the local Toyota dealer for repairs in the past.

Friendly, skilled, helpful Team Members keep me coming back for needed services.

Very nice people . Prices are good

They were quick and efficient. Did a full vehicle diagnostic and let me know what might need more work but did not try to upsell me at all. The workers there were kind and treated me like family.
