I have had consistently positive experiences with Youngstedts. Last year, I had to get new tires for my Hyundai, which was an expensive process made more tolerable by their policies regarding return visits. Today I had to bring my car in for a leaky tire. They fixed the leak and rotated my tires even though I hadn’t asked about it because it was due. They are relatively quick, friendly, and clear in their explanations. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Youngstedts on Mall drive Eau Claire for 10- 15 years, we've never had a bad experience, we love working with Jim and Kevin... they're the best! They recognize us by first names, friendly, and best of all competent! P.S. we have five autos that get serviced here plus two daughters-in-law auto too.

I have used Youngstedts multiple times for service and tire purchases. Never have had any problems with them. Their prices are reasonable. Recently, I had a problem with the steering column on our 2008 car. Originally, the vehicle was towed to the dealership. They wanted over $3300.00 to repair..... The car is worth $3400.00...... Jim, the manager at Youngstedts on Mall Drive, was able to find a used part and install it for considerably less. I highly recommend them. Thanks

Great help. Listened to my concerns and solved the problems. My one and only gripe was having newsmax on the lounge tv and no remote to change the channel. Maybe leave it on a neutral station or one that is not gross propaganda.

Had them install 3 new pressure sensors and one failed the next day. Took it back and was told we needed to buy another one because we left the shop and there isn't any warranty on them.
I could tell I was being lied to so I told them not to touch it and we would be there to pick it up.
Got a second opinion and it was never programmed correctly and worked just fine the whole time.
They will lie to your face for a dollar.
Originally I was told I needed two sensors over the phone but it was 3 when I got the bill.
Followed up with them about what went down and they could care less.
Might want to consider going somewhere else.

I was in from out of town and in a major jam needing a full set of tires in a short amount of time. The staff was friendly, informative, helpful, and most importantly FAST! They also provided me with a quality product. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!

A 60$ lift fee for a vehicle inspection salvage title that you didn't even do anything is criminal you maybe put the arms of the lift under and raise lower the vehicle if that ?! the state highway patrol did the inspection. I wouldn't trust you to change my oil or give fair prices on anything makes one wonder how else they take full advantage of customers very shady id advoid at all cost what a shame id be embarrassed I understand it shouldn't be free but $60 to raise lower a vehicle that you didn't turn a wrench or did absolutely nothing is horrible and highway robbery at best

The work done on my car was great. Fair price and quick to finish. I have had no issues with it since getting it fixed. I do have an issue with one of the mechanics flipping thru the coupon book that was in my cup holder and taking a coupon. I haven't used a single one since I bought it from my nephew. It now has dirt on it - you can see where someone flipped thru it and a coupon for Johnny's Pizza is missing. I am not sure I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here anymore.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to youngsteds for a long time. Their customer service is unmatched and they go the extra mile to help you out. There are times when we’ve been in a pinch and they took us under their wing to get us back on track. I think their prices are typical. Only going 4 stars instead of 5 since they are heavy on pushing sales - and as someone who isn’t car savvy I don’t always know if they are necessary or not.

I'm happy to shell over 2.5 grand to a shop like this over a dealership any day. First best decision I made was getting a second opinion after a dealership in the area looked at my car. Second best decision was choosing Youngstedts. Within a day of reaching out, I was able to drop my car off and had it back within the next day. Dealership told me I just needed new lower control arms AND inner/outer tie rods on front end. Youngstedts let me know my tie rods had actually been replaced recently and weren't the issue. They were able to identify the actual issue and replaced my rear brake pads, rotors, all new tires, and control arms all for a fair price.

Everyone I interacted with at the shop was kind and didn't speak above/over me, making sure I was heard but also knew what was going on. Jim at the shop was in consistent communication with me about my car's condition, options, and repairs. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I visited Youngstedt's for the first time to have my car's oil changed and brakes replaced. I had just turned my car off and, before I knew it, the man had came out to greet me. He was kind, and professional, and let me know he would take care of me right away. As part of the brake replacement, they asked me to come back after I had driven a few miles to retorque my tires, which only took only a few moments. I will definitely re-visit for future repairs. Thank you!

I always bring my RSX Type S to Acura’s dealership for oil change and there is always no issues. However I brought my RSX to this place for an oil change and they told me my oil drain plug was too tight and broke it and made me to pay for a new one. Why am I responsible for something that you guys broke?

Honest, reliable, friendly and fair! I was in recently for a wheel alignment. I was happily surprised to find out that my wheels didn’t need an alignment and I wasn’t charged a cent! They could have told me that they did the alignment and charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference! I was really impressed- thank you, YOUNGSTEDTS!

This is my absolute go-to for having my car serviced. Kevin is always pleasant and easy to work with in getting an appointment set up. Their pricing has always been fair, and they have even charged me less than the original quote on occasion. They have even pointed out things for me to keep an eye on if they notice it which has saved me a couple of times when I didn't know there was an issue. When they mentioned things, it wasn't in an upsale pitch. It was just informative and they didn't push it if it wasn't urgent. The rest of the staff has likewise gone above and beyond a number of times. I live in Milwaukee now, but still go here when I can. Highly recommend!
